Banoffee Pie is a classic British dessert and one of my favourite all time desserts. Crumbly biscuit base, rich caramel centre topped with sliced banana and fresh cream...what's not to like? No one can resist a good slice of banoffee pie!

What's so special about waffles? I never really saw what all the fuss was about, until now! Since hubby was given a waffle maker for his birthday, I tried it for the first time and fell in love! Pancake weekends are now referred to as waffle weekends! Don't get me wrong, I will always love my pancakes. I made this cheesecake for my brother's birthday the other day. I thought it would be a nice change from a regular birthday cake, plus he likes peanut butter and chocolate and I thought that combo would go so much better in the form of a cheesecake!
