Enjoy a delicious cup of warm chocolatey goodness on Christmas morning, and why not make some for your family while at it! Dairy-free, vegan and sugar free so you can enjoy a decadent treat without feeling heavy and bloated afterwards.
These oat & spelt crepes are very basic and easy to make. They're much higher in fibre compared to traditional crepe recipes and I've also made the recipe dairy free.
I made this cheesecake for my brother's birthday the other day. I thought it would be a nice change from a regular birthday cake, plus he likes peanut butter and chocolate and I thought that combo would go so much better in the form of a cheesecake! I prefer eating my fruit raw and cold; however, rhubarb is one of those fruit (a vegetable, actually!) that you can’t eat any other way apart from cooked…so I thought why not give it a try. It’s so deliciously tart and not too sweet. In fact, I only used 2 tbsp sweetener in the filling and it was just right! Traditional recipes use anywhere between ½ and 1 cup of sugar for the filling alone!
