I’m not going to argue that Christmas pudding is probably one of the perfect traditional post-Christmas dinner desserts; However, it does take hours to make yourself. Of course you always have the option of buying a ready made Christmas pudding which will most likely be full of sugars and additives. To top it off, i like to add some fresh fruit, berries and whatever else I fancy on that particular day.
Vanilla Matcha Cupcakes When given the option, I would always choose a muffin over a cupcake. To me, cupcakes are usually dry and have little flavour and the frosting is way to sweet and sickly. Am I the only who thinks this? Hmm probably! Muffins on the other hand are usually dense, rich and bursting with flavour! I wanted to …
The secret ingredient in these blondies and what makes them healthy is – you’ve probably already guessed it – CHICKPEAS! Most of the healthy blondie recipes out there include some sort of nut butter. I wanted to create a nut free recipe for those of you allergic to nuts, and this is the result! Healthy, nut free, vegan, gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free.
I’ve been on a massive peanut butter kick the last few days when usually I’m more of a Tahini girl. I go through these phases where I crave a specific food and want to eat it everyday and right now, peanut butter is that food! I’ve been eating it straight out of the jar with a spoon.
