Guacamole goes with everything: salads, vegetables, meat, in sandwiches…I make so many different variations all the time depending on what ingredients I have, but mostly how lazy I’m feeling! Usually, I’ll scoop a ripe avocado onto a plate, mash it with a fork, add lots of fresh lemon juice and a sprinkle of pepper and call it ‘Guacamole’. heesy crackers…and vegan? How could that possibly be? Well the combination of the ingredients for these crackers give it a lovely cheesy flavour. That accompanied with a few aromatic herbs and spices make these crackers perfect to eat with hummus, spreads or just simply by themselves!
Most salads are easy to make; you just chop up a few ingredients, toss them all together and you’re done! But it really does not get easier than this Mozzarella and Tomato salad. All you need is four ingredients!
Light, healthy and full of flavour, these zucchini pancakes are really fast to put together! Great for lunch, dinner or just as a snack! Low in calories, fat and carbs.
Is it movie night tonight? Do you fancy a bowl of salty, crunchy snack to go with that? Yes? Well I’ve got just the thing for you. And NO, it’s not crisps! I don’t know about you, but I’m a big fan of Chickpeas (also known as Garbanzo beans). This will become more apparent as the days go by and …
