Homemade almond milk is definitely way creamier and richer than the ones I’ve tried from the supermarket and the great thing about making your own is that you can make it as sweet as you like and add other flavours like cinnamon, vanilla and chocolate (like I’m doing in this recipe).

These turmeric spiced roasted nuts are my favourite new thing to snack on, especially mid-morning time. If you think salads are boring, then you more than anyone need to try this recipe! There was a time when I thought salads were boring, but that was mainly because I never experimented.
