Vegan Sesame Chocolate Bark
A simple treat that's really easy to make and only calls for 3 ingredients! Perfect for when you're craving something chocolatey with a bit of crunch. It also makes a lovely edible gift idea.

- 100g sesame seeds
- 4 tbsp tahini
- 100g dark chocolate
Start off by pan toasting the sesame seeds in a hot skillet for a few minutes until fragrant and golden brown. Leave to cool.
Break up the chocolate in a heat-proof dish, melt in the microwave, then fold in the tahini.
Add the sesame seeds, mix, then transfer into silicon moulds. Or you can use a cake tin lined with baking paper.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours, then enjoy!
