Simple Raita Recipe

A simple creamy Raita recipe that goes perfectly with the curry spice tofu burger. It can be made vegan with Greek style dairy-free yoghurt

Ingredients
  

  • 100g Greek style yoghurt
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp chopped cucumber
  • 2 tbsp chopped mint
  • A squeeze of lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything together in a bowl.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
