Raspberry Chocolate Bar

You'll never want to buy an overpriced gourmet chocolate bar ever again once you see how easy it is to make this raspberry chocolate bar at home. Packed with fibre and antioxidants and she looks so fancy, don't you think?
Easily customisable to taste and you don't really need any equipment to make them. Don't have a chocolate mould? No problem - there's no need for one. A loaf tin or even a baking sheet will do the job.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 32 raspberries
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 150 g dark chocolate 70% or above

Instructions
 

  • Arrange the raspberries in a chocolate mould, loaf tin or on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Drizzle the peanut butter on top, then cover with the melted dark chocolate.
  • Leave to chill in the fridge for a couple of hours, or until the chocolate it set.
  • Remove, slice and serve!
