Healthy Frozen Yogurt
This healthy frozen yogurt is one of the easiest and healthiest ways to cool down on a hot summer day. Best of all you only need 4 ingredients to make it and no ice cream machine required!

- 240g fat-free Greek yoghurt
- 250g frozen cherries
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
Add all the ingredients to a food processor/blender and blend until smooth.
You can serve it straight away as a soft serve frozen yogurt.
Alternatively, transfer the mixture into a cake tin/large container and freeze for around 2 hours.
Scoop out into serving glasses and enjoy!
