Date Pistachio Chocolate Wreaths

These date pistachio chocolate wreaths make a great quick and easy festive treat or even edible gift for loved ones. They only call for 4 ingredients and can easily be adjusted to likes, tastes and dietary preferences.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 150g dates roughly chopped
  • 80g pistachios
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 100g dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Start off by toasting the pistachios in a dry pan for a few minutes to help bring out their nutty flavour.
  • Break up the chocolate into a heat-proof bowl and microwave on high until melted. Make sure to give it a stir every 30 seconds to ensure it doesn't burn!
  • Drizzle some chocolate at the bottom of silicon doughnut moulds (or moulds of choice).
  • Scatter the chopped dates and toasted pistachios, then drizzle on some more chocolate on top.
  • Finally sprinkle on some of the orange zest.
  • Chill in the fridge until set and enjoy!
