Date Pistachio Chocolate Wreaths
These date pistachio chocolate wreaths make a great quick and easy festive treat or even edible gift for loved ones. They only call for 4 ingredients and can easily be adjusted to likes, tastes and dietary preferences.

- 150g dates roughly chopped
- 80g pistachios
- Zest of 1 orange
- 100g dark chocolate
Start off by toasting the pistachios in a dry pan for a few minutes to help bring out their nutty flavour.
Break up the chocolate into a heat-proof bowl and microwave on high until melted. Make sure to give it a stir every 30 seconds to ensure it doesn't burn!
Drizzle some chocolate at the bottom of silicon doughnut moulds (or moulds of choice).
Scatter the chopped dates and toasted pistachios, then drizzle on some more chocolate on top.
Finally sprinkle on some of the orange zest.
Chill in the fridge until set and enjoy!
