Dark Chocolate Nut Squares
These dark chocolate nut squares are indulgent, nourishing with the most satisfying crunch. They feel like a dessert, but they function more like a power snack. - 75g almonds
- 55g cashews
- 30g pecans
- 40g pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- pinch of salt
- 50g dark chocolate melted
Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan/350F.
Mix the nuts, seeds, salt and maple syrup in a bowl, the press into moulds of choice. I used a square silicon ice tray.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crunchy. Allow to cool completely.
Drizzle the melted dark chocolate on top, or dip each in the chocolate.
Refrigerate just until the chocolate is set and enjoy!
