I tried my first quest bar a year ago instantly fell in love with them! They were all over social media and I was so eager to try them, but they were no where to be found here in the UK! Fast forward a year later and now you can find them in places like Holland and Barrett, Amazon and ebay!

There is no denying that winter has arrived. The joys of numb toes, fingers and in my case, a very red nose.

I felt the cold, crisp air hit me this morning more than ever! But I’m not sad about it, on the contrary, I’m one of those people who embraces the cold season and actually looks forward to it.
